A family-friendly ski slope at the edge of town
The Băile Tușnad ski slope is a 500-metre-long, red-marked run, recommended for beginners and intermediate skiers, located at the northern, Miercurea Ciuc-side exit of the town. Thanks to its easy access and family-friendly character, it is popular with both locals and visitors.
⛷️ Difficulty level: easy/medium (red marking). The 22% average gradient offers enough of a challenge for beginners, yet is not intimidating for those still learning. Right next to the main slope, a baby-ski area is set up for the youngest skiers.
🏔️ Both skiing and snowboarding are permitted on the slope. The even profile of the run makes it an ideal practice ground for beginners, while more advanced skiers can also enjoy themselves on it.

On-site rental of ski and snowboard equipment, as well as sleds. You do not need to bring your own gear!
Ski instructor
On request, a qualified ski instructor can be booked on site — for beginners and for refining technique.
Ski bar and snack bar
Right next to the slope you will find a warm-up room, snack bar and restaurant — with hot drinks and bites to eat.
Baby-ski
A separate slope dedicated to young children — a safe first ski experience for the youngest.
Snowboard
The slope is also suitable for snowboarders — rental and lessons can be arranged.
Parking
Parking is provided in the immediate vicinity of the slope.
